This hotel was in a really convenient location. Being right next to the Rialto made navigating around really easy as most popular spots are right near there. Staff was very kind and let us leave our luggage there after check out since our train back was later. Would stay here again!

I loved that this hotel was right on the Grand Canal. We had a room with a view and it was great. The area was quiet even with the Vaporetta stop right in front of the hotel, which is a bonus. So easy to get to and to get the Alilaguna back to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful with dining choices around the city. We were able to walk to all the attractions. I will say the carpet in our room appeared old and worn. The bathroom was adequate but a little cramped as there were toilet paper stands in the small space. But overall for a wonderful, comfortable stay I do recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay. The management was so helpful. We needed transfers from the cruise dock to the hotel and from the from thotel to the airport. They coordinated everything for us. Our room was spacious and lovely with an updated bathroom. We will definitely stay there if we get back to Venice. The bakery on the ground floor is yummy! Love the location, cleanses of the property, good breakfast buffet ,front desk are very helpful with all the information you need around the area. Besides, they charged higher local tax than Expedia quoted, rest are excellent.
