"This pub was a great stop for us following a day of walking the SWCP. Very peaceful even though it is a pub. It is approximately 1 mile from Perranunthnoe, and SWCP. "If want to experience a stay in a unique local hotel, this is it. The building is Victorian, and the environment is comfortable but not trendy. Not everything matches or was updated in the same year, but that is what makes it feel more homey to me. They could probably do with some bathroom upgrades, but everything worked fine and truly that’s all you need. The restaurant is very gluten free friendly, and their gluten free fish and chips were great. The breakfast was very extensive with generous portions. The hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The location on the Promenade made it even more special. I would stay here again."
