The room and hotel were v clean. Staff were friendly. Location good. Maintained well. Rooms roomy and bed comfortable. Only thing they need to sort is the breakfast coffee. Guests do like a decent breakfast cup of coffee or two.

I came on business so neither the beach nor the drinks were relevant. The new park was on my agenda and I am impressed. The hotel provided everything that I needed.

Rooms were ok clean enough floorboards were terribly creaky so much that if someone was going to the loo we woke the other person. Great location for everything would i stay here again hmmm unsure.

Great budget hotel

Nice to see its been revamped since my last stay there. A much nicer environment to stop in now. Great little hotel in the heart of Leven and an asset to the town.
