Set within a sought-after modern courtyard right on the seafront, Sahara Park 5 is a comfortable mews-style flat spread over two levels – perfectly placed for relaxed beach breaks on the East Neuk coast. With private parking and direct guest access to the sand via the development’s pathway, you can be on the beach in moments, wandering along the bay towards Earlsferry or simply soaking up the sea air.
You enter via a short private stair to the first floor, where a fabulous newly fitted Wren kitchen (installed November 2022) makes self-catering effortless. Thoughtfully laid out with an induction hob, oven, integrated fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, it also has a dining table for four – ideal for unhurried breakfasts and easy suppers after a day by the water. This level also has two comfortable bedrooms: a double with built-in wardrobes, bedside lamps and TV, and a twin room with two single beds, ample storage and its own TV. A beautifully refitted bathroom with a shower-over-bath, WC and wash hand basin completes the floor.
Upstairs, the spacious living room is all about the coastal views. A five-section window runs along the bay-facing wall, with a fitted window seat stretching the length of the glass so you can sit and watch the tide, the changing light and the views towards Earlsferry. There’s a three-seater sofa, two armchairs, occasional tables and lamps, plus a TV with Freeview and DVD player, all set beneath decorative ceiling beams that add to the character and charm. With Wi-Fi throughout, it’s a bright, relaxed space to unwind in all year round.

A Place We Keep Coming Back To” or “Perfect Location, Warm and Cosy Accommodation.”
Great location and warm, cosy accommodation. This was our 6th stay here, which says it all. Very close to the beach with lots of lovely places to walk.
The property is always warm, so we rarely need the tumble dryer (though it’s there if needed). There’s a new kitchen with excellent facilities, a lovely bathroom with a great shower, and plenty of wardrobe space.
Private parking space very close to property.
We just love this place — and our dog loves it too!
Kitchen cupboard space organised, to leave room for tins etc..
Nothing else really needed.
