"Lors de notre réservation que les draps et serviettes étaient compris dans le prix, heureusement que nous avons appelé pour réserver un lit parapluie, on nous a dit que les draps et serviettes n'était pas compris dedans c'était quinze euros supplémentaires par personne, nous les avons réservés deux jours avant par téléphone, le matin de notre arrivée on nous appelle pour nous dire que la réception était fermée qu'ils nous ont laissé les clés dans une boßte aux lettres j'ai demandé s'il y avait...
