"Very nice and spacious property. Great for large groups/families. Beautiful cabin and perfect for the kids (7 & 2). Very peaceful location. The pool table was a big hit. We truly enjoyed it. We do wish we knew the lake was dried up (October) as we brought our fishing poles. The ramp is also very steep leading to the lake dock. Dandridge is a cute town with beautiful lake views. Pigeon forge is about 30 minutes away and is a nice scenic drive. Host was easy to reach. Things to know before booking: Not much of a backyard as it is steep and goes downhill. Heading to the lake was a workout and a little scary. Lol definitely felt like hiking. Also, on well water."

"Wonderful location lakeside. Cabin was very well equipped and lots of thoughtful details such as lighting, outlets outside near the fire pit, ceiling fans on the porch. The lakeside porch is a perfect place for morning coffee. The kids enjoyed the foosball table and the arcade game. I loved that it was away from all of the pigeon forge craziness but still close enough to go if we wanted. Dandridge is a cute, almost Hallmark channel looking town. The only piece of advice I have is it might be helpful for the owner to label the light switches in the cabin. Not a criticism at all bc there was a lot of lighting which was great! But I felt like we did a lot of flipping trying to figure out which switch controlled which lights. We did communicate with the host once during our visit with a question and the reply was almost immediate, which I also really appreciated. The lake was lowered during our visit, but the host made sure we were aware ahead of time. Would love to visit again when it’s at normal level. The dock looked amazing and super convenient. Thanks for a great mini vacation."

"Property was beautiful and spacious. Didn’t care for the sulfur smell in the water and the gravel road entry was challenging in the rain pulling a boat and trailer but we made it happen. Plugs on the front porch kept tripping when we tried to plug in our boats and we didn’t have access to fuse box. We really liked the rooms and view of the lake."
