"This property host never communicated with us and left us stranded without a place to stay when we arrived in Dallas. VRBO refunded our deposit but finding a hotel was challenging and we had to pay three times as much. VRBO said they will only refund us a portion of what we paid to find another place on the day we arrived to check into this property. Do not book here!"

"Was lucky enough to catch one of the cheapest short-term rental/long-term stay in the city. It was within walking distance of all the downtown offices and most of the Uptown offices. The American Airlines Center and all its amenities were quite close as well! The building itself had some great security guards and gated garages ensuring that it was quite safe. "The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience."

"Great neighborhood and location. Felt safe walking the dog late at night or early in the morning. The Union Cafe and Zaguan were great and walkable. We really liked Village Bakery and Cafe which is just a two or three minute further walk from Union. We’d stay again!"
