WiFi was fast, and the neighborhood felt safe. Has a wash/dryer in the apartment. The apartment has a good layout. It's a 2nd floor apartment. The owner responds very quickly to messages. Private garage parking within gated community, with direct access to condo which is super convenient for loading bags/ groceries. Modern condo unit trendy finishes & cute decor/bedding. Heater works great. Perfect bed count for 2 adults, 2 kids. Quiet neighborhood and located within short drive to Dallas attractions....

"This was a great place to stay with teens. I thought nothing could amaze them any longer but this place did. There was plenty of space to spread out and plenty of technology to appease them. Also loved the kitchen…popcorn maker and hotdog machine, blender for making milkshakes with Blue Bell ice cream. "The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience."

"Access was explained very well! Parking is close to back entrance which was a plus! Inside the step down from kitchen area to den was problematic at times. Older couples may need better marking of the step down to make it more ADA compliant! Would have preferred a toaster rather than toaster/oven but it was fine! A hair dryer would have been nice in the bathroom! Otherwise, this property fitted our needs for a long stay in Dallas to help my parents transition into an assisted living facility!"
