Lots of things nearby to do. Came to town for a show at Rupp and it was an easy walk to there. Property is nice. Comfy couch, bed.. Funky selection of coffees for the keurig but not a biggie.

Awesome

This place was wonderful. Perfect for me and my husband. Super close to Rupp Arena. The only issue was ants in the kitchen. Other than that, the space was super clean and neat!! We will be using this place again.

Great location

The location was great. Very close to the Bourbon trail. The place was very clean. The layout was very odd. The bed is very tall and difficult for my wife (5' tall) to climb onto. I needed to place a milk crate on the floor for her to step on.

Hidden gem

I haven’t used VRBO or any rental like this previously, so I was very apprehensive booking. This cute house was beyond my expectations. Communication with the landlord was quick and easy, always available. Great location, very quiet neighborhood, walking distance to many things. Will be booking in the future.

I suspect this would be a reasonable property for a long term guest but is not ideal for short term stays. I spent the 1st 20-30 minutes of my stay trying to get the WiFi working, including calls with the host and provider which ultimately did not work The neighborhood is a typical close to/off campus area with the wear and tear that you would expect or a bit worse. There are not expected amenities like toiletries at the property. Hate to be picky but I am not entirely comfortable rooting around under the sink digging through used deodorant sticks to find a half used bottle of shampoo. Expect to bring your own pole vault or ladder to get into the bed if you are shorter than 5’8”. Like I said, this is not an awful place but set your expectations appropriately.
