The property was great and host was very helpful. Location to Grocery and shopping great. We were able to have a great visit with our Kentucky family. The only thing I would add would been nice to have a recliner. We would stay again.

Weekend trip to Kentucky Horse Park

The house sits in a beautiful neighborhood with an amazing view of pastures out the front windows. Comfortable beds, large closets, and a well appointed kitchen. The shower had great water pressure. Very short drive to restaurants, grocery stores, and close to Kentucky Horse Park as well. Would definitely stay again.

Nice little place with a great view on Old Lemon Mills (good walking the road, too). —One lesson learned with a last minute booking, was to ask next time for minimal air freshener/ spraying! I had real difficulty breathing w asthma the first night, but Sabrina from the Kentucky team was very responsive & brought over a good air filter the next day, which helped a lot. —Minus the air freshener blitz, we would stay there again

Great location for our anniversary trip!

House was just perfect for what we needed. All the amenities are there, we had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood and the View across the street was amazing! Drinking coffee on the porch in the morning enjoying the farmland was our favorite part! Close to all Georgetowns quaint shops and restaurants. Lexington and Louisville aren't too far away either.

Very nice home!

The home was awesome! Very nice extra touches like the shampoo , conditioner and body wash in the shower. Hand soap at the sink. Plenty of dishes, pot and pans! We didn’t need to use the washer and dryer but there was detergent available if you need to. Would definitely stay here again. Very close to a ton of amenities, restaurants and grocery stores.

Lovely

Was very tiny and sweet place to stay. I let my 13 yr old stay in thd room with the beautiful old furniture and crystal. She felt like a princess. They do have traps for any pests, but it was very very clean. They provide alot of kitchen items, coffee, detergent, etc. Only stayed 2 nights. Didnt want to leave

Great HQ for Kentucky Fun.

Whether for Bourbon tours, Horse Racing or any classic central Kentucky get-a-way this cozy home has it all for a small group. (I'd say no more than four.) Quiet with a stone fence and pastoral view from the front picture window close to all the necessaries. Easy to recommend.

Wonderful, wonderful stay!!

We just loved this property! Beautiful inside, had everything we needed. But the location is just awesome. When you look across the very quiet street, there is an incredibly peaceful pastoral scene. So tranquil at the end of the day! The location was EXCELLENT! We travelled from Georgetown to Lexington, to Louisville, Versailles, Paris and south to the Red River Gorge! It felt like we never had to go far, and it felt like home coming back! We did have very cold weather but the house warmed up very quickly and comfortably. If I ever come back this way, this is definitely the place I want to stay again!

Beautiful little house

All: I have seen some “negative” experiences in comments here. Wow! The owners must have done some MAJOR improvements! The place was immaculate, the beds were super comfy, a/c was spot on, it’s in a super quiet street/neighborhood, there’s a wide open pastureland across the street…did I mention new carpet in the bedrooms and maybe even new paint (?) If I ever end up in this area, I’m asking specifically for this house. No joke.
