"Great sleep, beautiful building "

"We have just had three nights here and what a fantastic three nights they were. The property is lovely and in the perfect location, just a short stroll from old town (5 mins) and new town (5 mins). Despite being so central it was very quiet, and we had two balconies with our room (204!) including a glimpse of the sea! All the staff were lovely and friendly, and provided a map with recommendations. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you "

"Very nice and new property with all modern amenities, very comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom in the studio is small and lacks counter space. Communication could be improved. I had to send multiple emails re payment and instructions to check in."

"Excellent location, easy walk to the Old Town but far enough away to be peaceful at night. Close to restaurants, groceries and the beach. Super clean apartment, comfortable bed and wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. 10/10. Thankyou for a lovely stay. "

"Our room was rather dirty The kettle was filthy and had a brown skin on bottom of it , the pots hadn’t been washed by previous occupants . The tiled floor was dirty and walls covered in marks When we reported this to receptionist we were told this is the normal for dirty walls and floors and they done nothing about it The toilet brush was filthy and toilet was dirty The bedroom door couldn’t close because it hit the bed There is no exterior lighting to property and passageways can be...

"The area is amazing. The apartment was nice but on the street side so very loud. You need to keep door open though cause it would get hot and there was no fan. There was construction going on so that got loud at around 9:15 in the morning. The elevators were very frustrating. The management company staff was really nice though."

"Bel appartement avec tout le nécessaire. Belle vue, retiré de tout. Par contre, les 5km avant d'arriver sont épiques. Une route très étroite de montagne où il est très difficile de se croiser avec une autre voiture. "

"Ce net pas un hôtel juste une maison aménagée la douche était boucher pendant tous le séjour et jamais personne et venu le réparer donc douche impossible à prendre et on a attendu 3 h devant la porte pour nous donner les clefs c'est une honte il mon même facturer 4 nuit a la place de deux personne qui répond au tel à fuir "

"Upon arrival - greeted with extremely friendly staff, and this continued throughout the stay. We came to surf, and found that this hotel was situated perfectly between both main beaches. We stayed in room 702 and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Loads to do in the area, for both the dry and odd wet day that we experienced! Definitely looking forward to coming back to Biarritz, but more importantly to Le Grand Large 🏄‍♂️🏄‍♀️"

"Property is very convenient, clean, quiet and comfortable. The only problem was determining whether we had prepaid breakfast included in our booking. We were initially told we had breakfast but at checkout was told we did not and had to pay for breakfasts. If known in advance, we would have opted out and had coffee and pastries nearby for 1/3 the cost"
