"This property worked well for us as it was close to the station and had a small kitchen and washing machine to use. It is very small for 4 people and there is limited place to put any luggage or clothes. There was no contact in person with any staff as it was online check-in and payment before arrival which I found odd and was a faff, but worked ok in the end. "

"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. Sauna area as well as the whole aquapark is closed after 8pm so this might be a disadvantage for adults wishing to use sauna in the evening. It's ok for a short trip like 3-4 days but I would not recommend this hotel for a longer stay."
