"The hospitality staff were very nice. We had some changes that we needed to make at last minute. They quickly added to our reservation another night for two rooms. We asked for daily room housekeeping which is no longer industry standard. They accommodated our request which we truly appreciated as we had two handicapped elderly people with two additional elderly people. They were compassionate and respectful.
