"The property is a basement apartment. The ceilings are low with a claustrophic feel. There were no emergency exits from the bedrooms. The exits were into below street level areas without egress. The people upstairs kept us awake until 1:30 am. The light fixture in the kitchen was dangling when we got there. It eventually fell down. The socket in the 2nd bathroom doesn't work. There was low hot water in first bathroom but good hot water in the second bathroom. The check in procedure mentions...

"It was a great stay with friends right in the heart of Eastside Portland. Lots of cool shops around and very easy to get around the city from there. "
