"All the usual amenities were available and in good working order. Self parking was a little difficult due to none on site. A public parking area is available about 3 blocks down the road and they offer valet parking for a fee. "

"Clean room. The staff was wonderful. The hotel was beautiful. Only complaint was not having a microwave. The palm court restaurant food was delicious and wait staff was lovely. "

"Very clean, quaint cute property near stadium in downtown Portland. Easy access to eats and cafes. Felt safe enough. Parking can be tricky in Portland but this property had parking outside the motel rooms. Will definitely stay here again."

"Room was great, staff was wonderful, food was Terrible. My chicken sandwich was one piece of overcooked chicken, one piece of burnt bacon a slice of craft singles cheese un melted, bread was untoasted, and there was no condiments… fries were good"

"Excellent public amenities - including a huge game room with all sorts of games and a large screen TV, vintage arcade games and pinball machines. Fun s'mores hour every evening. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful in resolving any concerns. Underground covered self-parking was very convenient. Only 2 complaints about our room. The thermostat could not be self-controlled, so was unable to change the temperature and fan speed. Also unable to open the window, so room was too warm and air was stuffy. "

"Clean room and very nice hotel overall. Staff seemed nice but didn’t need to interact with them much. All that said, the shower was ice cold no matter what I tried. Kinda messed up my morning so they lose a star."
