"it was okay, paid a little bit more than our typical competition hotel brand (BW), thinking this might be a little nicer, and it was not, at all. Additionally as we arrived we were informed they implemented a new parking fee, so we were required to pay extra to park in an outside lot behind the building, just another money grab by this property."

"This was by far one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in! The front desk staff was so kind and polite. The hotel was very clean. Our beds were actually comfortable. And they had an amazing gym, working a hot tub, and pool. I love that it was a little bit out of the busyness of Portland, but very close to everything that you could possibly want or need. We will definitely be staying here again!"

"Our stay was wonderful, however we booked them with the pool in mind compared to their neighboring hotel…and when we got there we were told their pool was closed and if we wanted to use a pool we had to go next door…to the hotel we ended up not choosing (it was cheaper) because the pool seemed smaller and there was no hot tub. The breakfast was wonderful though, and the staff was very courteous and kind! "

"Dirty. Staff often not at front desk. Phone to front desk disconnected. Smells like smoke. Most of equipment in in gym broken. Smelled like smoke. Entrances opened without keys and random people went in and out of hotel at all hours. Loud. Horrible. "
