The tennats in the building are noisy, the noise from the street is loud, the HVAC is loud, and there seemed to be a trash pickup right outside window every morning around 4am. The owner of the apartment did not provide clear instructions and would not answer a phone call. Their provided instructions seemed like a template with key information missing. When we arrived, we were locked out of the building without instructions on...

"We stayed here for an event my daughter had at the Salt Palace. It is a fantastic location. literally a few min walk to the Salt Palace in downtown Salt Lake. The apartment was great as well. everything went smooth and the pull out sofa was surprisingly comfortable which is rare!"
