"Stay away from this property manager. The unit was not actually available. Managers are not local and were late to respond to our distress call. We were stranded for an hour before they responded and tried to give us another unit, which also ended up not being available.it was after midnight by this time and I was forced to find a hotel room and pay 3 times the cost of my original VRBO rental. "

"The host was very responsive. The room was very clean and on point for the price. Our 9 year old loved the indoor/outdoor pool, and it’s proximity to Homestead Crater was excellent."

"Overall the room worked for our needs. They have done some renovations which were nice. There are some odds and ends in the room that needs to be addressed. The hot water didn't work great, the mirror in the bathroom was falling off and the toilet paper holder was having issues. Zermat itself was pretty good. The pool was fun and roaming the resort with our daughter was a lot of fun. This was our 3rd or 4th time and staying the overall the experience is always solid."
