"everywhere was immaculate. the staff were really friendly and nice. it was lovely to sit in our hot tub in the evening. we swam in the pool in the mornings and also used the steam room and sauna. The amenities in the suite were really comprehensive, I was very impressed that we had everything we could possible need. full marks to the resort and the staff"

"The room and staff were great. There is no microwave in the room to reheat the food we had in the mini fridge and I had to go to the restaurant to do that. Breakfast is extra and I'm not a big breakfast eater, so I had to make coffee in my room. I dislike drip coffee makers and had my own french press, but a microwave would have been really handly. Husband used the drip but there was only one decaf and I had to go in search of more for him - not really an issue because I also needed more towels."

"I stayed at Pioche Village while attending a retreat down the road at the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley. It was very conveniently located for that purpose. The condo was clean, well furnished and had plenty of space. My only complaint is that the building has extremely poor insulation for sound. I could hear conversations next door, someone playing the guitar downstairs, etc."
