"The unit was the perfect size for my wife and me, was nicely decorated, and contained everything we needed (utinsels, linens, etc). On the down side, the roof was being replaced during our visit and the roofers kept their trash bin in our parking space and carelessly left nails in the parking lot. Hopefully, this won't be an issue for others. Also, the futon was not comfortable for me. Overall, though, the unit met our needs for the week."

The response from Vacasa was that it had been warmer and that the heat must have gotten turned down - oops, sorry. "From the moment we arrived every thing was wonderful from the weather to the apartment. Exactly as pictured as well as described. We were last minute and the property manager was very helpful making sure we had everything we needed. We will stay here again."

When arriving, the first issue I noted was that the bathtub faucet was slowly running hot water and was unable to be turned off completely.
