"Good location next to airport. Front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the same as most hotels, waffle, eggs, cereal, etc. The only thing I could say was a con is the shuttle will not take you anywhere other than the airport. We arrived late and had to pick up our rental car the next morning and had to get an Uber to go 3 miles. "

"We loved Black Rock Mountain Resort!! It’s beautiful. Staff is excellent. Katy was so pleasant to deal with when checking in. Room was spotless and bed was so comfortable. Definitely pay for the Mountain View. The pool & hot tub were amazing to be able to use when it was 50 outside with the gorgeous mountains in the background. We were there for our 20th anniversary and they even gave us a nice treat. Top notch for sure!! Will be back❤️"

"There were a ton of kids participating in a volleyball tournament so the lobby was always crowded, and our room had a door to the adjoining room which made their noise easier to hear (less soundproofing) The room was clean, did not try the restaurant next door. Staff was good, but they never told us the internet password when we checked in."

"The Staff was friendly. When we entered out room, there was a dirty sock in the main area and a lot of what appeared to be razor stubble in the bathroom sink. Only plug in was a power strip behind the TV that apparently shut off during the night on its own The beds were clean and comfortable For breakfast, we were told when checking in that the breakfast would be next door through the adjoining door in the Lobby. In the morning, even though it was during the breakfast hours we were told, the door was locked. Staff told me they would go through the back and grab us a couple of bagels if we wanted. No"
