"Fantastic pools"

"An incredible stay at Villa Neri for my wife and I. The room was large (Deluxe) and had one of the best bathrooms I had ever seen. The food at the Hotel is easily the best I have had at a hotel and deserving of a Michelin star. We were also very big fans of the hotel cats and their kittens and enjoyed seeing them treated well by staff. Only small points of feedback - the hotel sometimes felt understaffed, particularly at the pool bar during the day. The only other thing was the dated entertainment system in the room which you might expect to be a bit more modern for a hotel of this calibre. Otherwise a brilliant hotel all around. "

The view off the pool overlooking one of the extinct volcanoes of centuries past was breathtaking. Every bit of landscaping was manicured beautifully. An invitation to instant relaxation! The in-house restaurant offered a simple but excellent menu for dinner. "
