"Right on the water. But it can be noisy here since it is right in the city center next to boat dock, restaurants, and excursions. Paolo was awesome to help us get settled in. Very clean place. Tons of steps though in Riomaggiore. Everything is up a hill, it seems. "

"We had our wedding at the palazzo and stayed there 4 nights with friends and family and it was perfect! The palazzo was very spacious with more than enough room for our party of 15. Each floor is its own apartment with bedrooms, a living space, kitchen and bathrooms. It was very clean and well kept, and the garden was beautiful and blooming with roses during our stay in mid May. One thing to note is the village where the palazzo is situated is very remote. We tried to call taxis for transportation at first but there were only two individual drivers in town and they were often not available. We ended up needing to rent cars to get to and from the train station and nearby town. The property host, Mirella, was absolutely amazing. I cannot thank her enough for helping make our wedding day so perfect! We were in communication for almost a year beforehand, as she helped me plan so much of the wedding. She was so incredibly helpful and kind. She set up the arrangement of tables and chairs for the ceremony and dinner, helped me arrange the wedding cake, got me in contact with an officiant, and the list goes on. She truly went above and beyond. Mirella also cooked our wedding dinner for us and our 23 guests and it was incredible! Course after course of authentic and delicious Italian food! We were so full by the end of the night we could hardly eat the cake!If you are thinking of having a small destination wedding or family trip in the mountains of Italy I highly recommend!"

"The staff and property are five star. The breakfast buffet is exceptional. The spa and pool area are beautiful. Frankie at the front desk was very informative on activities to do in the area. This is the only property to stay at when visiting Cinque Terra. You want to stay in Levanto which has many shops, restaurants and beach compared to the Cinque Terra cities which are overcrowded. Many thanks to the general manager and his staff. "

"Amazing Place! The view was exceptional, beyond description! Our room opened up to a veranda overlooking the Mediterranean with views of Vernazza and Monterosso. The accommodations were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and the presentation was a 10! I can’t wait to return. One note, it is a little way from town up the hill so you will need a taxi or there is a hiking trail that will take about an hour uphill or 20-30 minutes downhill to town."

"Great property! It is literally right at the train station (but surprisingly quiet), so it was super easy to hop on the train to Cinque Terre without the big prices of staying in one of the towns. It felt very modern and clean and was one of my bed night’s sleep on our two week trip! They were easy to communicate with and stored our luggage when we got there early. This was a great find! "
