"Il Nido offers wonderful views in a very private setting. It is a 12 minute drive to Fivizzano so you’ll want to plan your groceries for the stay. There are hiking trails accessible right at the entrance gate. The host is very accommodating. If want a peaceful and relaxing stay this is a great choice."

"This was exactly what we were looking for after a busy week in florence and Rome. Quaint spot with a private pool. We cooked supper the first night on our private patio on a little charcoal grill and then the second night cooked inside our own little kitchen. Absolutely loved it. And the adventure of trekking up the hill on narrow roads made it a perfect little adventure"

"The villa was located in a very peaceful location we stayed as a family group of 8 and overall had a great stay although there were positives and negatives. Positives Lovely pool, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and outdoor terrace. Negatives Not much in the local area without a long drive, not enough sun beds.
