"Got everything you needed in your room comfortable bed good location to get out and about staff was very good at cheak in and was very helpful with us booking a taxi Breakfast was ok just the time we went at just after 9am was very busy had to wait for table and i cleaned my own table when we got it then we had to wait for the cooked and other breakfast items to be topped back up but when we got it was fine . Staff an only done what thay can with the staff levels that every company are giving them 👏 Didnt stopped us for enjoying our stay with them "

"Great location in centre of Lichfield. Warm welcome The room was clean and comfortable. A little noisy . Sounds like the cleaners start early. Loved having a bath. Bed although just a double very comfortable. Lighting was poor and missed not having a lamp.Outside view poor overlooking bins."

"The flat was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Heating by electric panel heaters was efficient and quick to warm the place. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a basket of cereal boxes, biscuits and a jar of sweets. There were also tea bag’s and coffee pods for the machine. The beds were very comfy. All in all a very welcoming and good place to stay. 4 stars not 5 because the heated towel rail didn’t work making the bathroom chilly ( a very cold weekend weather wise) and the WiFi although showing the usual blue bars would not connect whatever we all tried. To be fair, I notified the host about the towel rail but not the WiFi. When ever I contacted Phil the Host he was very quick to reply. "

"Stayed here during the summer, breakfast was great, we were given a menu and a choice of continental selection. Breakfast cooked fresh so we booked again. Sadly this time we were greeted with a breakfast buffet which wasnt the same. Therefore we would not be in a rush back, hopefully the cook will ge brought back "

"This property is simply lovely. Clean, warm and very comfortable. So much care has been taken over everything. With regard to it's pet friendliness there is a slight hitch. There is nowhere safe to let the dogs pop out on their own,they need to be on a lead.Not the best last thing at night or early morning and it did cause a problem for me.That said, the canal walk is beautiful and I would recommend it. We would certainly stay again but minus the dogs. "
