Housekeeping knocks on your door daily at 8am, and will knock once and enter, and even not knock at all and enter your room! There is signage everywhere encouraging you to keep track of your valuables as theft is a possibility. We were held hostage when checking out because we left our room untidy! How ridiculous is this! When one stays in a hotel, and housekeeping is included, it is expected that your space will...

"The hotel is approx. 4 miles away from Berlin main railway station which is a 30 minute tram ride. The tram stop is an easy 5 minute walk from the hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and the has a a bath with shower over which was quite powerful. We ate at the hotel restaurant which was ok but there was nothing else in the immediate surroundings so limited choice for dining."

The shower was confusing initially - shower head on one wall but the controls were on the opposite wall, not something I am familiar with so it took some playing around but was fine. The shower head was very dirty for a hotel (completely covered in limescale) and put me off showering to be honest. The view was good and lots of nice shops nearby, walking distance to bus/trains.
