Blue hotell blev beige hotell

Vi har bott flera gånger på blue hotel och historiskt har vi fått en fantastisk upplevelse med personlig service, mycket god mat och bra drinkar i baren. Den här gången hade man tagit bort allt bra utom Spa badet son dessvärre var knökfullt. Servicen var usel. Personalen kunde inte varken svenska eller engelska. Var uppenbarligen otränade även om de ville väl. Maten var en kass buffé med dåligt tillagade rätter (knastertorr tonfisk). Uppenbarligen ville personalen göra rätt för sig men de saknade kunskap. Flera saker var slut (nötter i baren, rätter i buffé etc). Hamamen var trevlig men knappast prisvärd då vi inte fick någon behandling utan bara vägledning från personalen och sedan fick vi "behandla" oss själva. Kanske vi borde tagit reda på men tidigare var hamam lika med behandling. Trist. Det har varit så himla bra där tidigare. Åker inte tillbaka.

Missnöjd med allt. Stenhård säng, smutsigt, spindelnät i tak, gammal smutsig dusch. Jätte litet rum. Två kanaler på världens minsta tv SVT 1 och 2. Betalade 1700 spänn för ett sunkigt rum helt utan komfort.

Kan inte rekommendera Blue Hotell

Jag reste med en väninna och hade verkligen sett fram emot ett dygn på Blue hotell med spa. Vi betalade över 500 kr per person för att få tillgång till spa, men det var inte ens värt en hundralapp. Väldigt mycket folk, trångt, utomhusbassängen var full med folk, så där satt vi trångt. Det kändes inte avkopplande, så efter ca tio minuter gick vi upp. Duscharna var bara kallvatten och det kändes hemskt efter kylan utomhus. Vi satt i bastun för att få upp värmen i kroppen, men duscha fick vi göra på rummet. Det var mycket klor i bassängen, så varmdusch behövdes. En bastu fanns också nere vid vattnet, men det var isbana ner för backen, så den avstod vi från. Vid Haman stod det att det kostade ca 400 kr för behandling, men efteråt fick vi höra att det var OK att ligga på det varma kaklet. Alla soffor och massagestolar var upptagna, så även fast vi stod och väntade en dryg halvtimma, så blev inget ledigt. Det borde vara en maxtid på att få använda massagestolarna. På söndagsmorgonen kl. 8.25 gick vi ner till spa avdelningen och ut till poolen. När vi kom ut, såg vi att den var stängd, så åter en besvikelse! Sedan kom vi inte in, där stod vi i snön med badtofflor o baddräkt. Vi fick gå i snön fram till ett fönster och knacka på, då kom vi in i matsalen. Sedan åt vi frukost. Jag bor ofta på hotell och kan därför jämföra. Det finns inget att klaga på, men inget speciellt och ganska enkel. Rummet var mkt litet. Alltså vår dryga 1000 kr,spa,var helt bortkastad för i genting!

Fin omgivning

Vi blev lite besvikna på rummet, världens minsta tv som knappt gick att se från sängen, samt väldigt liten toa. Men allt var fräscht, bra frukost och jättefin natur.

Trevligt konferenshotell dock för långt från Stockholm om ej där på konferens . Trevlig personal o mycket serviceinriktade!. Ok rum men ingen direkt arbetsyta. Spa stängt o gym saknades.

Farligt att bo på

För liten säng. Brandlarmet kopplat till huvudströmbrytare fungerar inte om någon slår av strömmen. Brandlarmet gick inte igång på grund att personalen slog av strömmen vid rökutveckling.
