Situated just 40 seconds walk from St Marks Square, it was ideal for my wife Sarah and I because we love the vibe of Venice , if you’re looking for a great location this is it. Prendre pour acquis que dans cet hôtel la seule pièce d’identité valable est le passeport alors que partout ailleurs en Italie, nos autres pièces d’identités gouvernementales étaient admises."

"Overall my experience felt more in line with a four-star property rather than a five-star hotel. The breakfast was particularly disappointing. The quality and organisation did not meet expectations, and the atmosphere was far from relaxing. On one occasion, I was seated next to the coffee machine, which produced a constant and rather intrusive noise, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. In addition, children were not always adequately supervised, and some approached the buffet as though it were a school canteen, which further detracted from the overall experience. While the staff were generally kind and courteous, the level of professionalism was inconsistent. The more experienced members of staff provided a noticeably better service, whereas some of the younger employees seemed insufficiently trained and lacked awareness of the standards expected in a hotel of this category."
