"We reached hotel around 11 pm as our flights were delayed. There was no staff to check in. There was no communication around late check in. Called phone and nobody picked up after staying on hold for more than 15 minutes ."

"Staff were super friendly and helpful."

"Hotel was wonderful and the price was so reasonable. It was in the middle of a quaint fortress old town just a couple of blocks from the Rhine River. It was super close to the train station. It made us feel like we were living 10 centuries ago but yet the hotel was totally updated and very comfortable. Would love to go back."
