"Web site said $10 extra for a dog and when I arrived she charged me $20. I told her of the discrepancy and she said she charges more for a bigger dog. That distinction wasn’t on the website. "

We could people walking in the room above ours at 11 pm and people in the hallway when their door slammed a couple of times."
