"It was a good hotel, quiet and pleasant. Some friendly staff and clean rooms. I was only disappointed when I requested a room with more windows as I have some health issues, although they had a lot of rooms available when my other friends asked for it, their rooms were changed. They also won’t bring in water or anything up your room but you have to go to the reception and get it yourself which make it difficult if you have kids with you. Other than that a fairly good hotel. "

"Place stinks of swaety BO in lots of areas including the bar/restaurant. Stood waiting at the bar to order food for a good 10 mins before going out to a takeaway. As i was leaving reception guy offered to serve me but swerved it at that point. I'm guessing its in a spiral of no customers because of poor service/no staff. No staff/poor service as there are not many customers. Rooms are fine and it was cheap but wouldn't stay again "

"We use this hotel as it is central to theatre land and lots of great restaurants. Room was excellent, clean and very comfortable. The only downside was our complimentary mini bar had not been restocked after the previous occupancy. This was soon rectified following a call to reception. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was plentiful with both hot and cold choices."
