We are delighted to welcome you to our spacious penthouse suitable for up to 9 guests, located between the Pineta and Sabbiadoro areas.
The complex is surrounded by a large green, wooded and quiet area and the beach and the center of Sabbiadoro are approx. 1 km away.

The apartment is built over three floors. On the ground floor you will find a modern living room with one double sofa-bed, a kitchen area with a gas hob, a fridge and a freezer and a microwave, a cozy outdoor bathroom with shower and wc, a fully equipped terrace with a private garden and a fireplace where you can enjoy your time during your vacation.
A spiral staircase leads to the upper floors. On the first floor there are two comfortable bedrooms with one double bed and a lovely balcony, a nice single room, a second full bathroom. On the top floor you will find a loft with two single beds.

To ensure your best comfort, the apartment is equipped with american coffee maker, air-conditioning and microwave.
Free shared washing machine available.

Covered parking lot included.

One small pet is allowed: 50 eur per pet/stay to be paid at the agency.

The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory.

A bicycle rental service is available at the apartment.

Check in from 17:00 until 19:00. Check out from 08:00 until 09:00.

Beach service is always included in the price of your stay.
