Between Nantes and Ancenis, in an enchanting setting, the 'Au détour de l'île' gîte invites you to escape to a chic and relaxed atmosphere with a touch of the exotic.
A large body of water with a fine sandy beach, a heated swimming pool (2.5 x 4.5m), and a private island attached to the gîte create an exceptional panorama.
A spa and sauna are available on-site, 200m from the gîte (at an additional cost).
This contemporary, detached villa comprises a spacious living/dining room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, a pantry, two separate toilets, a shower room, and four bedrooms (1: 160x200cm bed and shower room, 2: 160x200cm bed and shower room/toilet, 3: 160x200cm bed and spa bathroom/toilet, 4: two 90x190cm beds + sofa bed, TV, and shower room). Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, home theater system, stereo with amplifier, sound system, video projector...
Included: electricity, geothermal heating, bed linens and towels.
