The hotel is excellent, there are very nice and helpful staffs, they answer questions that we have and give great suggestions which beyond their responses. Hotel is very clean, it’s walkable to Lijiang old town, breakfast is pretty good, we are very happy to stay there

Nice experience

We spent one night before flying out of China. The staff were very helpful and friendly despite our language barrier. They also arranged transportation to the airport. Breakfast offered American as well as Chinese options.

Great hotel, but. It was listed as soundproofed rooms, which was really not the case, I could hear everything from left right above and below. Maybe it was just my room but it interrupted the work I had to do while I was there. Just one tiny thing I think they can improve, don't put the butter on a bed of ice, it makes it rock hard, I dont see the logic in doing this. Everything else is great, especially for the price.

Nice stay in a gorgeous city

Very friendly and kind staff. Quite accommodating. I wish they had a concierge since we speak limited Chinese and wanted a bit more information on local sites. The staff there tried their best and we appreciated them, but could have used a bit more help planning some trips.

A great one night stop over...

A decent sized room that was perfect for my one night stay over before heading to Tiger Leaping Gorge. They also allowed me to leave my suitcase there while I visited the gorge, which made the whole hiking experience less painful. Breakfast was a little Chinese in style but was generally decent.

Amazing Place with great warmth

Amazing - from comfort to food to service et all ; staff was particularly amazing and went out of the way to help; was provided an upgrade on arrival; the car drivers were however not up to the mark. 分かりやすい場所にあるホテル 以前麗江で古城内の客桟に宿泊しました。 古城内は迷路のように入り組んでいて探すのに本当に大変だったので今回は分かりやすい場所に宿泊しました。 空港行きのバスや他の街へ行くのにもタクシーやバスですぐに移動できるのがいいと思います。

Chambre superbe, restauration très moyenne

Hotel situé dans un quartier assez proche de la ville historique, calme. Nous avns été surclassé très belle chambre. Merci à Rhajah, Caroline et Jane pour leur aide précieuse pour resoudre nos problème de communication ( elles parlent anglais) ne pas oublier l'informaticien !!! cependant internet ne fonctionne pas au top sites bloqués par l'hotel. Quant a la restauration le petit dejeuner est vraiment très moyen, pas appetissant , le buffet du soir plus que moyen Les plats à la carte sont meilleurs mais pas genial on a toujours l'impression que ce sont les restes de la veille ou plus !!!

Excellent Facility with Outstanding Service

Close but not too close to the commotion of old town. Well built with attractive decor with a contemporary take on tribal art. Outstanding restaurant with something for every taste. Reception staff was very helpful and housekeeping was excellent.

Hall ways full of cigaret smell.

I was suprised when they told me they did not have a bell boy. They told me they are not same like Hilton. They are lower class. Loby area smell like sewer Upper floor hallways smell cigaret. Hard to breath. This kind of hotel I could get it for 30 dollars a night.

Horrible staff

I asked them about the nearest Starbucks... I told them that I saw one near Ren Min Hospital.. but they kept saying no.. After all, they wrote address in Chinese for different location which was extra 20 mins away. The hotel is intended for business travel personals, not for tourists. Most of staff do not speak English at all, and says very rude things not knowing that I understand enough Chinese... I will not recommend here for any tourist. They do not even help you to get taxi... They will tell you go to street and find it yourself..

Tolles Hotel, aber steigerungsfähig

Wir waren drei Tage in Lijiang und haben 2 Übernachtungen gehabt. Der Service war sehr gut: das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und sie gehen auf die Wünsche der Gäste ein. Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Es gibt einige Kleinigkeiten, die uns negativ aufgefallen sind und ich zu verbessern wären: Das Frühstück war okay, aber das Personal ist nicht in der Lage, das Buffet schnell aufzufüllen, und sie sind nicht sehr aufmerksam, sodass sie nicht sehen, wenn man sich als Gast meldet. Ferner sollte der Boden von Essenszeiten nach dem Frühstück gereinigt werden. Die Gerichte der Speisekarte fürs Abendessen fanden wir nicht so gut. Die Fahrräder, die man gegen Entgelt ausleihen kann, sind zu klein und nicht sehr komfortabel. Das Personal sollte sich noch besser mit den Sehenswürdigkeiten und Preisen auskennen. Die Türe zur Hotellobby und damit zum dahinterliegende Restaurant war immer geöffnet, sodass es sehr kalt war im Eingangsbereich.
