"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house and garden were lovely and we enjoyed the hot tub, especially on some of the cooler days. The area is beautiful and incredibly green and lush compared with the coast. Vedran was very helpful with suggestions as to what to do in the area - we thoroughly enjoyed our canoe trip and a visit to the bear sanctuary. Plitvice Lakes were stunning but very busy. I would recommend this house to anyone who enjoys being away from the crowds."

"We stayed at this fantastic place for two weeks. The house has its own access to the water where you can sit or lie down. The area is fantastically beautiful for swimming, walking, paddle boarding or sailing. The landlord is very friendly and if there is anything you can always reach him. He is very helpful. The supermarket is unfortunately a bit of a drive but that is no problem if you do groceries for a week, for example. This easily fits in the very spacious fridge and freezer. We will...

"Katastrophal, in der Beschreibung steht ruhig. Permanente laute Geräusche durch Windkraftanlagen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nicht eine Nacht richtigen Schlaf. Drei eingeferchte Hunde ca. 30 Meter neben dem Haus bellen vor allem nachts ohne Pausen. Da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist ist , wird es sehr warm in Haus. Fenster kann man wegen dem Lärm nicht öffnen. Von zwei Gartenstühlen war einer kaputt. Kein richtiger Sonnenschutz. Zuerst nur ein Sonnenschirm mini und später zwei mini Schirme die man...

B. defekte Sonnenliegen wurden mit Kabelbinder halbwegs fixiert, quietschendes Bett im Mittelstock).Fußbälle, Basketball, Federball etc. vorhanden, auch ein paar Wasserbälle sind vorhanden. "From the photos I expected a dusty rustic cabin. Instead I found a clean room, although the furniture was a bit dated. The bathroom was modern and clean. The kitchenette was small but effective. The Nespresso machine was appreciated. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. You leave your luggage in their parking lot, where an attendant picks up and delivers it to your room/cabin. We had an upstairs unit so climbing stairs was required. Being upstairs we could sleep with the windows open and enjoy the cool breeze and sound of crickets. We took advantage of the sauna, which you need to reserve. The staff was helpful and courteous. I'd stay there again. A wonderful bonus Fenomen Resort offers is the incredible Plitvice National Park waterfalls view you get from following a short trail through the forest. The last two or three kilometers to the resort is on a narrow winding road up the hill but it's worth it."
