"Very nice apartment in old Lille with many sights, shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Host was very friendly and responded quickly to our questions."

"The main reason for our stay in Lille was to visit several Canadian First World War sites memorials in Northern France. The apartment, located in the centre of Old Lille, was quite ideal for this purpose as is a short drive to many of these sites and had a dedicated underground parking space for the vehicle we rented. "This was much further from the train station than advertised. We found ourselves walking in the dark a long distance with heavy luggage and tired children. It also was not suitable for six people. There was one bed. It was incredibly loud outside until well in the morning and impacted our ability to sleep."
