The rooms are small and without the amenities hotel stays usually come with like water, coffee, tea or paper/plastic cups. They are an ecofriendly hotel and that is why. The bar area is staffed 24/7 however and you can get anything you need. With that said, the room was comfortable, the bed was comfortable, and room lighting options were wonderful."

"I can not say enough great thing about this hotel, staff and accommodations. The staff was beyond friendly, our room was serviced everyday, the breakfast was great. It was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, and we’ve had a lot. It is close (within a mile) to everything you want to see while in DC. A safe area - we are a family of five with a 5, 10 and 12 year old and never felt not safe. There is a grocery store right across the street which was super convent!! Also, several great, reasonably priced restaurants within several feet of the hotel!"

"The hotel was beautiful and centrally located. However, it is under construction on the fourth floor now. The room didn’t have a microwave but had a refrigerator. The In room coffee wasn’t the best but the hotel had a Starbucks. "
