"Upon arrival, I was promptly checked into my room. However, I immediately noticed several cleanliness concerns, including visible stains on the carpet, multiple strands of hair in both the bathroom and on the couch, and the absence of body soap in the shower. Aside from these issues, the room matched the photos provided and featured a layout that I found comfortable and enjoyable. On my second day, there was a concerning incident in which staff attempted to enter my room without prior notice while I was still inside. Fortunately, I had engaged the secondary lock. It appeared that housekeeping did not verify occupancy before attempting entry, which raised concerns regarding guest privacy and safety. On a positive note, the breakfast service was excellent. The staff preparing the meal were welcoming and personable, and I truly enjoyed my interactions with them."

"Well located close to Camden Yards and Inner Harbor. Good views of the harbor. Clean, well maintained room and facilities. Friendly helpful staff. "

"The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. There is a restaurant attached and the food was good. There was an unusual kitchen surcharge that I didn’t quite understand until layer. And unfortunately the room did not have any regular coffee stocked and I didn’t realize it was only decaf until the next morning. I also didn’t quite figure out how to regulate the temperature in the despite some instructions on the thermostat. It was fine for an overnight stay. "

"The worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. Rooms smell like smoke. People hanging out in the hallways and by the front door. Felt so unsafe we left 30mins after check in. Front desk refused to refund and only offered to change rooms. Horrible for kids. No hot water in the room. "

"Everything was great except for the bar hostess who refused to seat my group (who were all staying at the hotel) citing reservations needed- yet it was a completely open lounge - and we stated we’d be there early for just 30 minutes. It was a ridiculous situation 😂💀"

"Before we had gotten there I had thought I paid the full amount including accidental fees. When I arrived there I had to pay an additional 200+ dollars for any damage done in the room and accidental fees. To then find out that valet parking is taking out of that charge. It was not enough communication. Room service came on our last day, sheets were not changed. I received wash clothes that had black spots on them. In order to go to the pool you have to reserve a spot. I was really shocked for this to be Hyatt Place, this is normally a 4.5 star hotel. I wasn’t able to get the original room I paid for , but the staff was nice about that. "
