The hotel is excellent, the owner is very nice and will make sure to pick you up at the airport even when I came in at 1:30 in the morning, and it is well worth the small fee he charged, you won't get a taxi that price, you have to realize you are at a place that doesn't charge a lot of money, but it is clean, the owner will take you and pick you up for a great price if you have a tour, just make arrangements ahead of time, his English is great so no worries about language, good restaurants around and very safe

My daughter and I stayed here at the beginning of our trip and the last night because of the close proximity to the airport. Denis and his wife were very kind and accommodating. They provided a great breakfast and we felt very safe staying with them.

A Wonderful Stay at Chakana Family Home I had a fantastic experience staying at Chakana Family Home in Callao, Peru. Deniss, the owner, was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. He helped with everything I needed, from arranging transportation to recommending great local food spots. Deniss was always available and willing to assist with anything I required. The room itself was clean and safe and provided a peaceful atmosphere, making me feel right at home. The hospitality and warmth of Deniss made my stay extra memorable. If you're looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay in Callao, I highly recommend Chakana Family Home. I will definitely return next time I'm in the area!

The Chakana family is very courteous and helpful. They were up late waiting for our flight to arrive and wanted to make sure we were able to make it to their home safely. We enjoyed breakfast with them, and they brought us to the airport for our next flight the next morning. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a chance to meet their cat and dog.

The hosts were fantastic. So helpful, generous with their time, and kind. Love how close the home was to the airport. Great for a quick stop while in transit. The location is safe and has easy access to shops, but it is loud so definitely need earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Denis was an incredible host! He was right there at the airport to pick me up with a sign bearing my name. He made a wonderful fresh breakfast for his guests the next morning and took me to the Larco Museum the next day. He brought me back to the airport at 0430 with a smile when I had to depart! Please understand that this is a basic room, but that was all I needed. He was very nice.

Great room close to the airport, was perfect to sleep in the night, between our flights. The owner came to pick us up at the airport, for 30 soles. The room was very clean, nice bathroom, and felt very safe. Hospitality was great! Would definitely go back again when needed.

Denis is a very nice guy that has good recommendations. He waited patiently at the airport. There was light and a bit noisy to sleep, so wear earplugs. Have a ride to and from the airport which was convenient. Would recommend if you need to stay near the airport

Stay for overnight due to flight next am. Very basic and small. Was able to pick up from airport, but it’s not included per owner. Need to pay extra $20 for pickup and drop off.
