"We requested adjoining rooms for my family. One room had dirty window sills and a stain on the bed skirt that looked like human fluid and the other room had what appeared to be blood and or body fluids on the boxspring cover and I killed a roach in the bathroom and took it to the desk. They did attempt to refund my stay but after processing I only received a refund for 1 room and a $25 credit one the second. I will not stay here again . SS from Ohio."
"The staff was very friendly, the price of the rooms was great! There was plenty of parking. I'm handicapped, so I appreciated how many spots were available. My jacuzzi was super clean and worked very well, and the bathrooms were very nice. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint I would have is the WiFi speed. I kept getting kicked off and I couldn't upload my YouTube videos so I lost 2 subscribers. Also, if you want to stream, I would advise bringing a RoKu."
"The hotel is clean. The woman who checked me in was nice. However, when I called the next day about a random additional charge on my card, the person I spoke to was very unpleasant. If you’re traveling with a dog, do NOT stay here. The pet fee is $75! Most hotels have between a $15-$25 dollar pet fee. I was told what the fee was when I checked in. I just paid for my stay and checked out the next morning. Then I noticed an additional $25 charge on my card. When I called, they said they hadn’t...
