"Georgia was awesome as well as the ladies at the coffee/bar/ restaurant ! Perfect location with steep steps to the rocky beach. If you prefer sandy beach you need to walk towards the city center which is about 15 minutes away. We didn’t mind walking as we love the exercise and helps to walk off the drinks / food ! "The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very accommodating. But we felt that no adult supervision was present. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. While beautiful, the TV didn’t work, the remote needed batteries. I asked 3 times and eventually went and bought my own. AND the suite had a steam room which also didn’t work. And the air conditioning also was not good. We felt awkward asking the staff for help since there were very few of them and ALL were very young. I don’t want to give this...

"This hotel is listed as a luxurious resort and while it has many amenities such as a spa that was wonderful and brand new and a great pool, much of it needs repairs and updating. They have no luxurious amenities in the room. The furnishings are inexpensive, plastic soap holders and plastic trash can old sheets that are thread bare and rough, towels that are worn and stained we had to ask for new. No towels at the pool or at the sub chairs. You have to rent them daily from the desk if you need...
