This is a four bedroom cottage, king bedroom and bunk bedroom is off the main living area. Third bedroom is located in the basement walkout but you have to enter the room with a key from outside. Fourth bedroom was located in separate bunkie. All rooms were great but it would have been good to know room locations since we rented in winter. "
