"Main hotel reception lovely, hotel location excellent, staff friendly (Simone barman gr8). We had to change rooms as inner room / no window had poor light but reception staff acted promptly and got us a lovely room with windows onto street. Breakfast and rooftop bar across the road so slight inconvenience but OK. Breakfast OK but not enough fruit/healthy choices for us. The main issue we found was the rooftop bar/restaurant was lovely BUT you had to book even as a guest and they had 2weddings/events on our 4 night stay so the facility was closed to all !!!"

"This place was great. A 2 minute walk from the train station. The staff members were all super friendly and eager to make your stay pleasurable. The bags were taken to our room. Every night a small chocolate cookie was delivered to the room. The room and bathroom were big and clean!!! Breakfast was a good way to start our days."

"Love this place, came back twice. Literally had all you need . The shuttle downtown is amazing, exploring with families can be chaotic this helped. The pool gets a bit crowded during peak season but still worth a visit."

"The reception staff were so lovely and friendly - I didn’t catch the ladies name but she was super helpful. Was so nice to use the plunge pool after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is in a great location and they had a fantastic buffet breakfast (including a great selection of gluten free). Highly recommend"

"This hotel was great! All new amenities, very clean and in a location ideal for access to the main train station. The pool was a highlight and, although it did get busy, we never waited long for a sun lounger. Would definitely recommend!"
