"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

Being made aware of cars not being able to get near the property or key pick up would have helped in our timing and planning. Air Conditioning in the bedrooms was not that good. "While being an older hotel, we were pleased with the cleanliness and upkeep. It felt old world plush. We knew from reviews the beds would be hard (and they were) but we slept very solidly. We loved our balcony although the weather turned abruptly cold the second the sun went down. We arrived after there had been flooding earlier in the week, but it did not affect us in any way. The staff was wonderful. "
