This hotel-style condo for four is on the south side of town, right across from the cinemas. There are restaurants and shops nearby, and the beach is just about a block away. You can enjoy it all from the amazing view from the private balcony!

As you step inside, you're greeted by a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker, perfect for whipping up snacks, as well as the bath's nice, relaxing shower. At the other end of the room are two queen-size beds for four, and plenty of floor space for any dogs, who are welcome. Take in some fresh air on the balcony, use the WiFi to plan something fun, or watch some cable on the flatscreen TV - it's up to you!

There's plenty to enjoy in Lincoln City, from beaches and dining right outside your door to the Lincoln City Outlet mall two miles away to Chinook Winds Casino Resort three miles farther north. Natural beauty awaits too, with parks like Devils Lake and Siletz Bay within a couple miles of your home!

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

The beds were very comfortable. The trash outside the door was always full and there was trash on the walk ways. They baseboard in the rooms were very dirty.

We stayed in Sea Horse. The view was incredible and the beds were comfortable and clean. The mini fridge and freezer/microwave were new. We could have used some ice. There were some tiles in our bathroom that were cracked and the shower wasn’t caulked well. The deck should have been pressure washed and the access to the beach was difficult. But overall it was a nice stay.

the price was decent for the amount of nights we stayed, but now i know why and we won’t stay again. half of our towels had dark stains on them even though they were folded nicely ready to be used and a few of the bathroom tiles were broken. we had 2 beds and the top blankets on both beds had white crusty stuff on the them….

Yes the place is old, but it was a great stay, the place was clean and the balcony and fireplace are an amazing feature! It’s a close walk to the beach, the view from the balcony is amazing! Just wish they had an ice machine lol. I’ll book here again too!

I would say "you get what you pay for" but for 700$ for 4 nights i expected something decent. If you plan to book at this location just keep in mind the pictures are either super old or only of their best room. When we arrived, the floors were nasty, the bedding was stained. The walls were nasty and paint was peeling everywhere. The baseboards were grimy and filthy. The fridge was sticky and gross. We only had two towels for 4 people. When we asked housekeeping about the towls and cleanliness they said they were short staffed and couldn't help much. We ended up having to clean the entire room ourselves before we could move anything in. Also note that the walls are paper thin. We ended up getting stuck under a group of people with about 5 kids and several adults which I'm sure they had people staying in their room that they didn't account for when they booked their room. I tried to call management several times about the party going on above us (literally...until 3 am every night) but was never able to reach ANYONE. our 4 days spent there were miserable and I would have much rather stayed at a motel 8. It would have been cheaper too. Also, there was absolutely water pressure so trying to shower was like standing under a dripping faucet. My advice to anyone looking to rent these out...don't. Motel 6 would have been more enjoyable than this place.

We arrived to a room that looked nothing like the picture. The only accurate part was the ocean view. Bedding had stains, room is run down and needs a major clean and spruce. No enough parking. Extreme thin walls. Heard everyone around d us. We stayed for 30 minutes to charge phones and use the wifi to find a new place to stay.

My daughter and I came out for Thanksgiving weekend since we couldn’t be with rest of the family due to covid restrictions. We had a relaxing time and oh what a view!

This was a great rate for an ocean view but it comes with cheap and lacking accommodations (still beautiful view). TV/Cable didn’t work at all, thin walls allow lots of interesting listening, water pressure was non existent. Contactless entry was easy and convenient. Parking is less than desirable. Pet friendly!!

We have stayed here for years and are never disappointed!! Even knowing they allow pets and never bringing our own, I can never tell pets stay there. I DO wish all rooms had screens on the sliding glass doors as we like to leave the door open to hear the ocean 🥰
