Upon arrival the lobby smelled of heavy cigarette smoke, and check in process was good, however, once getting into the room with my family the room smelled of terrible mold and moisture and smoke and we had to just deal with it as it smelled like that throughout the whole bottom floor. But overall the location was ok. Also the nighttime front desk lady was not very friendly when we asked for a couple things for the room, ect. soap pillows, towels it didn’t seem like she wanted to help us.

This hotel was very clean offered smoking rooms upstairs air conditioning works great staff very nice, only negative I could say is few soft spots on floor but would definitely stay here again

The front desk staff was so sweet and she was very helpful for our needs. I give her a very high rating. However, the hallway was so noisy up past 3 in the morning. The floors made your feet black from the filth and the bottom of the shower curtain was moldy. Had the shower turned up as hot as I could go, and it was still a lukewarm to cold shower. I will not stay there again.

Extremely strong air freshener/ chemical smell in lobby and hallway. Likely to mask a cigarette smoke smell that was still present. Staff was kind and helpful. Despite signing a strict no pet policy upon check in - someone across the hall from us had a dog that barked for the better part of two hours at night. We had a non smoking room and the smell in the room itself was fine. We were here for a quick overnight and it sufficed. Just not a top notch facility.
