Very Good

The property was very quirky and modern and only 5 mins walk from the Cathedral quarter. Our stay was very comfortable and everything we needed in the property was there. A Fabulous place to stay and very reasonably priced too. Would highly recommend, and will be back when we visit Lincoln again.
Lovely little hotel very reasonably priced and the location was amazing very short walk to to amenities, cathedral and castle. There’s a car park pretty much opposite. Would definitely stay again.
Beautiful room in great location with everything you could need.
Only thing is it's self check in so make sure you get the codes the day before.
We will book it again as it was a lovely stay.

Clean comfortable and helpful staff.
Would definitely stay again.
Fantastic place, easy walking distance from the Train, and then to the Cathedral, Castle and Strep Street. Clean and spacious. The only slightest negative was the door handles to the room and bathroom were rather loose and hard to use. I 100% recommend and would stay again
Clear directions and access instructions. Very clean room and bathroom, loads of complimentary tea & coffee, very generous supply of milk too.
Extra pillows in the wardrobe along with a couple of fluffy bathrobes (the private bathroom was across the corridor).
The bed was a bit soft & springy for my liking and the room was very warm when I arrived (the radiator was on fairly high) and I couldn't open the window - there was a sign on the window apologising and saying not to open it due to it being broken.
Overall though, a very clean and pleasant well appointed room.
Such a lovely room, can't believe it was so cheap would have happily payed double, would love to come back when I visit Lincoln again thanks for a wonderful experience
For what we paid the place was very good only down side was location, there was a very steep hill down into town centre it was a killer getting back up. 20yrs ago not a problem not for us now in our 70’s
