Guest Access:
Guests have access to the tiny home and area surrounding, fire pit, outdoor seating area, and acres of olive groves to explore!
The Neighborhood:
Located between Tulare, Visalia, Exeter, and Porterville, in the quaint town of Lindsay. Travel to Visalia’s Main Street for restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, Exeter’s downtown for adorable coffee shops, antique stores, and bookstore, or Tulare’s popular Horizon Outlet Mall. Getting Around:
The surrounding cities of Tulare and Visalia do offer public transportation in the form of the Tulare/Visalia Transit Bus. Uber is also available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
This is country living, which may include the presence of flies, occasionally mosquitos, and other bugs and critters around.
Pet fee is a non-refundable $100 fee (per pet) and is a requirement that your pet is on a leash and has its own bed. Pets are not allowed on any furniture. Maximum two pets allowed.
Guests will need to climb a stair ladder to gain access to the sleeping area.
