This is a nice, larger hotel. The room was large, bathroom, and especially the walk in shower was larger, with quickly available hot water, and custom shower head wall. Nice breakfast by the indoor pool, which is also close to the bar. Cable TV, with live local channels and a few movie channels (HBO). Only downsides were the limited street parking, and the room smelled like chemicals or recently painted with a strong paint. Please use Low VOC paints in guest rooms

Very nice hotel, appears to be recently built. Big clean rooms in great condition. A bit quirky in its layout (some rooms open directly onto the dining room, which also has a swimming pool in the middle of it) but charming nonetheless. Friendly and accommodating staff.

The hotel is generally excellent. Its location is perfect, accessible. The staff are generally kind, courteous, generous. They allowed us to use their shower room even we had been checked out. They checked us out quite well, considering that we stayed only overnight. Bergamo Hotel is highly recommendable. And is is our favorite place now in Lingayen.

This property is a favorite venue for wedding receptions and similar events. It has an atmosphere of elegance and offers a friendly and proficient staff. Electrical outlets are limited and towel placements are a bit too high for shorter guests but they are minor inconveniences and are easily offset by the convenient overall accommodation offered by the hotel.

Parking was easy helped out be a very friendly and helpful parking attendant; the common areas were very good and so was the food and reasonably priced. The room was just ok - we did get a cheaper room, but no electric kettle, housekeeping was on demand but ok. amenities (towels etc.) were of average quality and our room has no opening windows. Shower was ok but the rose did not fit the holder so made showering tricky at times. Not enough towels supplied as the bathroom floor was very slippery when wet. Overall it was all ok, but not 5 star. Staff were all nice.
