"Breakfast was always cold and pancakes hard as a rock they really need to work on that the Indian restaurant however was excellent!"

"The property doesn't look like much from the outside. I felt a little scared checking in due to the looks and condition of the property and the surrounding community, but the "lobby" has a list of rules, regulations, and policies tacked onto a bulletin board that I believe make it a pretty safe place to be. The staff does not allow unannounced guests on the property, loitering, and require photo IDs from everyone. I was not impressed with room cleanliness, however. The floor needed a good sweep and mop, the hot water worked 25% of the time, and the comforters and sheets, while clean, were not in the most impressive shape. A/C worked amazing, and for the price, I would consider revisiting the Bay Inn for a SHORT stay. Good place to stay if you are a cheap traveler like myself."

"The room smelt like urine, the bathroom was scary and everything overall very outdated. They gave us 2 other rooms to check to see if we wanted to stay in one of them instead but they weren’t any better. The staff were very nice but this place needs to be completely overhauled. I have to emphasize again how great the staff were, I felt bad complaining because they were so nice. This property really needs to do better. "

"Amenities listed include a pool, however there is currently no pool. The new owners have closed it due to the surrounding woods and trees. I had reserved a suite but was given a standard room instead. The room itself had some issues, including rust stains in the tub, stained carpet, and overall felt dark and dated. The baggage carts were also dirty. That said, the new owners shared that they plan to remodel and add amenities, which is a positive. They were also very accommodating and allowed us to cancel at no charge so we could find another hotel. We may consider giving this property another try in the future."

"Friendly staff, great location, clean and comfy! Perfect if you are planning on a BG trip as it’s right across the street! Breakfast was good and the area was clean. The only downfall is our room was on the road side and trying to fall asleep sounded like traffic was coming through our room it was so loud, but other then that was a great! Would stay again in a heart beat!"
